Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and MAA (Jivan Ka Aadhar) for use of https://maa.company and related services (“MAA”). By signing in with Google you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Community Guidelines.

Accounts

MAA does not provide public registration. An administrator creates a personal account or a business account using information collected for that purpose (names, mobile number, address, and manual place names; for business also business name, business address, and business mobile number).

You must sign in only with the Google account that belongs to the email on that MAA record. You are responsible for that Google account. We may refuse or end access if the Google identity does not match, if the account is blocked, or if these Terms are broken.

What you may do

After sign-in you may view community content, maintain allowed profile fields, and publish posts that contain a YouTube video link. You may like or reply where those tools are offered.

What you may not do

You may not upload photos, images, or video files to MAA. Display pictures must be a public Google profile photo URL. Posts must not embed media other than an allowed YouTube video link.

MAA does not provide chat, direct messages, stories, or a personal camera feed. You may not attempt to add those through misuse of the service.

You may not impersonate others, publish illegal or harmful YouTube links, scrape the service, attack the service, or use another person’s Google account.

Place names

Country, state, city, area, apartment, and village on MAA are labels you or the administrator enter so neighbours can find each other by name. They are not GPS points, live tracking, or locations taken from your IP address or from any mapping API. You are responsible for the accuracy of names you ask us to store.

Third-party services

Google sign-in and YouTube are third-party services. Their terms and availability are outside MAA’s control. If Google or YouTube is unavailable, parts of MAA will not work.

Our rights

We may update, suspend, or end the service, remove a post or YouTube link, or block an account to protect users or the platform. We may change these Terms; continued sign-in after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Liability

MAA is provided as a community directory and YouTube-link board. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for third-party video content, Google outages, or decisions you make based on listings. See the Disclaimer.
